Other Pictures of the Dougherty Family

The sad part of this story was that after both of my great-uncles passed away my grandmother then married my grandfather John Antosy and that effectively ended the Dougherty name in my family in Reading, Pa. For years I had no idea about this part of my family. I knew I was Irish but nothing more until my aunt started helping me. In 2005 we made our trip to Ireland and with good luck and much prayer we were able to find my second cousin Patty Joe Boyle and his sister Kathleen Reilly who were Michael Dougherty's sister Anne's grandson and granddaughter. That makes me my great aunt's nephew second cousins once removed. Many of the questions I had about my family in Ireland have now been answered, but much still has to be done till I am finally satisfied.
